Quotations

All quotations provided by Primescape Groups LTD are free and valid for 30 days. Quotes are based on the site conditions observed at the time of the visit; unforeseen groundwork conditions may require a written variation agreed with you before work continues.

Payments

A materials deposit may be requested before work begins, with the balance due on completion unless a staged schedule has been agreed in writing.

Workmanship

Our workmanship is guaranteed. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials. Natural stone and timber will weather and vary in tone, which is not a defect.
